The Club offers a wide range of swimming and diving lessons including group, private, and semi-private. Group lessons begin in late June and pre-registration is required. The instructor-to-student ratio is generally no more than 1-5. Aquatic Specialist Rob Rosner, who has taught swimming for many years heads up the instructional team and will be joined by other experienced instructors. Please schedule private lessons in advance by contacting a member of our swim staff. A list of instructors is posted near the pool. The list of instructors is also located below in the Swim Lessons section. 

Fees will be charged for no-shows at scheduled lessons without cancellation.

Our club is a member of the Connecticut Private Clubs Swim League and our swimming team participates in meets with other area pool clubs.

Any child aged 4-17 who can swim one length of the pool is encouraged to join the team. This team provides a terrific opportunity for kids to gain aquatic skills, meet new friends, and have a wonderful summer too.

Lap Lane Swimming: To reserve a lap lane, please write your name and time on the whiteboard outside of the women's locker room entrance. Each reserved slot will be in increments of 30 minutes, this is the same as last year. The lanes for both adult and evening swims will be on a “first come first swim” basis. Management reserves the right to modify times depending on the usage and demands for lanes. For example: during slower times management will increase the time allotted to 45 minutes; during busy times management will decrease the time to 20 minutes.

Whether you're new to diving or want to continue to grow your skills, the Woodbridge Club Diving Coach Amanda Craig is back for the 2024 season. Members aged five and older are eligible and all ability levels are welcome. To sign up, use this form. The cost is $200 per student.
